As a first time homebuyer, we understand that buying a home is one of the most important purchases you will make. We all have the same questions, "Where do I go?", "How can I start?"

Let us help answer those questions and provide you guidance as you embark on achieving the "American Dream."

Our Home Ownership Center provides services tailored to your specific financial needs. We assist you in discovering if homeownership is right for you.

You can discover if owning a home is right for you by joining our FREE webinar. In this webinar we will briefly go over the homebuying process, discuss down payment assistance programs, and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have on the home buying process. We host this webinar every first Wednesday of the month. Our next webinars are:

Sign up for our "First time Homebuyer Education Class"

We provide a HUD approved "First time Homebuyer Education Class". There are 3 different options for you to consider, a virtual webinar, an in person 6- hour course or a self-pace online option through E-Home America.

Our "First time Homebuyer Education Class" is a comprehensive course that is based on a standardized curriculum. Which touch on 6 core topics of homeownership and much more.

Obtaining A Mortgage Loan
Shopping for a home
Homeowners Insurance
Protecting your Investment

Virtual Course

Our virtual course is held on once a month on a Saturday. This is a full 6-hour course from 9am-3pm.

In-Person Course

Our in person classes are held once a month on a Tuesday & Wednesday night from 6pm-9pm. Both nights are required to receive the full 6-hour credit.

We provide an online self-paced course through our partnership with E-Home America. After the course is completed, you will be instructed to contact us to schedule your one-on-one advising session.
