Neighborhood Housing Services of San Antonio provides a HUD approved "First time Homebuyer Education Class". There are two options for you to consider, an in person 6- hour course or a self-pace online option through E-Home America.
​
Our "First time Homebuyer Education Class" is a comprehensive course that is based on a standardized curriculum. Which touch on 6 core topics of homeownership and much more.

We provide an online self-paced course through our partnership with E-Home America. The cost of the online option is $99. After the course is completed, you will be instructed to contact us to schedule your one-on-one advising session.
